When you are ready to remove the dirty diaper think to leave baby's skin for a while outdoors, if possible would be fine to leave it without a diaper at least a few minutes.If you notice that there is some sort of eczema or skin irritation then you have to use sunscreen, if it last for long time you should consult a pediatrician.
